VAA Membership Options
VAA membership renews on a calendar year. VAA offers two membership categories, Retail Dealer and Supplier, with the following options:
Retail Dealer Membership
- $350 - Annual Sales Volume Under $1 Million
- $450 - Annual Sales Volume $1 Million and Up
- $50 - Each additional branch store location (if you want them listed in the VAA Retail Dealer Locator)
Supplier Membership - $350 per year
VAA Member Benefits
Communication – Quarterly newsletter and Spark Plug (bimonthly communication) containing articles of interest or quick briefs of information pertaining to the industry.
Discounts & Programs – VAA-endorsed vendors for various expense items available to Retail Dealer and Supplier members. Some Supplier members also offer discounts to VAA Retail Dealer members.
Education – Annual Conference with educational sessions, tradeshow, golf tournament and additional planned activities. New Retail Dealer members receive 2 complimentary registrations to our Annual Conference!
Human Relations & Employee Issues – Exclusive human resource management consulting services through SESCO Management Consultants. SESCO benefits include: telephone, email and research assistance through a hotline, SESCO Communications (newsletter, weekly updates and more), attorney analysis and review of personnel policies, work rules and employee handbooks available at a special rate.
Legislative and Government Affairs – Stay ahead of the latest legislative affairs within the industry. The VAA represents our industry by lobbying in the Virginia General Assembly. We have strong relationships with state agencies that regulate our industry (State Police, Consumer Affairs, Taxation, DOLI, and DEQ).
